Crystal Quaite has always had a strong interest in sport and in understanding how the human body functions. Her passion for movement, combined with her enjoyment of working with people, naturally led her to Biokinetics, where she can make a meaningful impact on both the physical and mental wellbeing of her patients.
She completed her undergraduate degree in Sport Science at the University of Pretoria in 2024, followed by her Honours degree in Biokinetics at the University of Pretoria in 2025.
Crystal enjoys working with a wide range of patients, with particular interest in active individuals, athletes returning to sport following injury, as well as patients with neurological conditions. Having grown up participating in multiple sports and experiencing several injuries herself, she developed a strong appreciation for the rehabilitation process and the role it plays in long-term recovery.
In her free time, Crystal enjoys staying active through exercise and sport and prioritizes a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She strongly believes that movement is fundamental not only to physical rehabilitation, but also to overall mental wellbeing. Crystal is eager to continue expanding her knowledge and experience, with a growing interest in sport-related injuries, rehabilitation, and long-term functional movement.
